the journey

It was supposedly to be AhZack and AhWong’s testimonial match. However, since the players will start to decrease from week to week as they will be leaving Penang to further their studies, today will then be also my testimonial match. Another reason would be my assignments. They keep on coming and stacking as if there is no fullstop for it.

It was indeed an ideal weather to play soccer this morning as it was cloudly and not much of sunshine. Well, the sun was blocked by the cloud the whole morning. During the match it drizzled a little and we played under the rain. In fact, it was one of the longest match i’ve ever played. I marked my testimonial match by supplying Yan with a goal and a tap in from AhMeng after he has done all the hard work to pass me the ball. Nevertheless towards the end of the match, i happen to overstretch my right leg when i try to tackle my opponent and… OMG, cramp. It was so painful that im still walking-one-sided now. Thanks to SengKiat for the treatment he gave. Now i recall why it occurs… hahaa, i forgot to warm up before the match. Overall, it was two thumbs from me.
